How we work

Supplier

As a supplier, Medichin guarantees the highest quality of its raw materials. We have been a supplier of high-quality herbal extracts since 1987. For small and large quantities, thanks to our experience and know-how and our continuous stock, we are a reliable partner for every customer.

Processor

Over the years, Medichin has developed into a processing company with a large production capacity and extracts available in various forms. Mixing, tabletting, filling, labeling and packaging: it is all processed according to the specific wishes of the customer.

Specialization

Customers can approach us for small and large quantities. We support and help everyone. With this approach Medichin wants to keep the threshold low and develop sustainable customer relationships.

Import of herbal extracts

Thanks to our good relationships with producers and wholesalers in Taiwan, we are assured of first-choice herbal extracts. In our own warehouse we store them in ideal conditions, in this way we guarantee the customer optimum quality.

Quality control

The care for high quality is and will remain Medichin’s flagship asset. This includes external checks at the base, specialized laboratories, as well as permanent in-house checks.

Blending

Whether a standard formula is used or a recipe supplied by yourself, we guarantee a perfect end product through continuous internal controls.

Discretion with regard to each individual recipe is guaranteed.

Tabletting

Once the recipe is mixed, you have the choice between delivery in powder form, tablets, capsules or a combination of options. We tablet products from our own stock, but also process extracts supplied by you.

Filling

Once the tablets, powders or capsules are produced, the filling can start. Here as well you can rely on our great flexibility, thanks to the various filling lines available at Medichin. With regard to packaging you can choose from a wide range of jars in synthetic material and glass.

Labelling

Because the label on a package is very important, Medichin offers a wide range of options. It is possible to limit the content to technical data but you can also provide us with your self-created label with your own logo.

Finished product
